Environmental Engineer
He has considerable experience in project management (IPMA certified) and consultancy in national and international projects. He has a strong background in Research and Development work. He has gained strong field experience working in the industrial, sanitation, water, and environment sectors. He has strong expertise in donor-funded projects and has served as Environmental and Social Safeguard Key Expert or Team Leader on several international assignments.

He is a dedicated environment and biodiversity specialist with in-depth expertise in ecosystem management, habitat conservation, species monitoring, and landscape-level planning. With a strong foundation in sustainable land use and ecological assessment, he brings comprehensive experience in integrating biodiversity considerations into national development strategies, environmental impact assessments, and natural resource planning in Uganda.

She has over a decade of professional experience in managing large-scale projects, leading capacity-building initiatives, conducting research and impact assessments, and formulating policies and strategies for social safeguard programs across the Government and CSR sectors. Lead Ecologist
With over 10 years of experience in ecology, biodiversity assessment, ESIA, ecological monitoring, and wildlife management, she supports government, multilateral, and private sector projects through surveys, impact assessments, and conservation planning. She has led multidisciplinary field teams across challenging terrains, ensuring robust data for evidence-based decisions. Her regulatory expertise enables effective navigation of permitting and compliance, while her stakeholder engagement skills translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Rabindranath Mondal

ESG Lead
He is an experienced ESG specialist with strong expertise in due diligence, environmental and social risk assessment, regulatory and lender compliance, and alignment with international standards. Using a pragmatic, data-driven approach, he supports projects and investments by managing ESG risks, improving governance, enhancing sustainability performance, and helping deliver responsible, transparent, and long-term value.
